BIKERITE RIDER TRAINING

About Us BikeRite was founded in 1985 in order to provide top level motorcycle rider training. Based in Rutherglen, Glasgow originally operated from Shawfield Stadium then moved to Dalmarnock trading estate in 1996. A brand new centre was then established at our present location in 2006 at Rutherglen industrial estate. We are now the largest centre in Scotland with training areas, some indoor, of over 60,000 sq. ft. and a cadre of 12 highly qualified instructors.

Training Our very experienced team of DSA qualified instructors are friendly patient professionals who will make your training a fun and exciting time dedicated to your needs. We train every day of the week (office closed Sunday) . Lessons can be done intensively or over a number of weeks to suit your schedule, paying as you take your lessons if you wish. Our Fleet of Scooters, 125cc bikes, Brand new 2012 Kawasaki ER 650, Honda CBF 600 and Lowered 500cc Bikes are suitable for all Riders. Hot and cold snacks are available Monday to Friday. Gift Vouchers are available (valid for 3 months) for any amount for lessons or for anyone needing helmets, clothing or accessories.

CBT Course The Compulsory Basic Training course which takes a full day is the first step in gaining a full motorbike licence. On successful completion this allows you to ride up to a 125cc bike on L plates. You will need both parts of a full UK car licence or a provisional with motorcycle entitlement on it to take this course .Thereafter there are a number of routes and courses available in order for you to pass your motorbike test.
