We offer a friendly safe and secure cunselling and CBT therapy service in Glasgow and surounding area. We have qualified and BABCP accredited Therapists offering Cognitive Behavioural therapy to help people with a wide number of emotional distressing issues. Our staff are able to help with issues such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, phobias stress OCD, trauma etc
We are also a Training Centre teaching people to be Cognitive Behavioural Therapists and have students willing to offer sessions at greatly reduced fees. We also supervise therapists from other organisations.
